Heard learned Advocate for the parties for some time. 2.

The Applicants appearing in the connected applications before this Court point out that they are protected by an order dated 14 October 2024. Such protection has been continued from time to time. Mr. Goyanka would not controvert the position. 3.

By an order dated 13 June 2025, this Court had passed certain directions interalia directing the Informant to file an Affidavit to place certain documents on record. Learned Advocate for the Informant would submit that he has not complied with such conditions, but undertakes to do the same on or before the adjourned date of hearing. Mr. S. S. Kazi, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2067 of 2025 has filed an Affidavit which is on record. However, Mr. Goyanka would submit that the same has not reached him. Mr. Kazi undertakes that he would furnish a copy of the said Affidavit to Mr. Goyanka in the course of the day. Accordingly, Mr. Goyanka would take instructions.
