These Applications have been listed from time to time. Several orders have been passed. The last order being an order dated 09 July 2025. Pursuant to

such orders, the Applicants have also placed on record an affidavit dated 28 January 2025. It appears that pursuant to the orders granting protection to the Applicants dated 14 October 2024 and 13 December 2024 where the Applicants were directed to attend the concerned police station once a week, they have scrupulously abided by this conditions.

Mr. Goyanka, learned APP, at this stage, would not controvert this position.

Learned Advocates for the Applicants would state that the Applicants would continue to cooperate with the investigation. However, they would pray for relaxation of the said condition.

In such facts and circumstances, the condition (ii) in the orders dated 14 October 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1738 of 2024 and 13 December 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2067 Of 2024 is relaxed in the following terms: "(ii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required/directed."

Rest of the terms and conditions in the orders

dated 14 October 2024 and 13 December 2024 shall continue to operate.

Mr. Goyanka, learned APP, would submit that the investigating officer would record the necessary statements for the completeness of the investigation. 7.

Place the present proceedings for further consideration on 31 July 2025 (HOB).

8.

Interim protection, if any, in favour of the Applicants shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
