During the course of hearing learned counsel for the informant was prima facie in a position to show that without applicant in 927.aba1738.24.odt
ABA No. 2067 of 2024 holding post of President, he opened bank account in the name of the Trust along with applicant in ABA No. 1738 of 2024. He was able to show that the amount received from the government towards the grant to the extent of Rs. 2 lakhs was credited into the said account. The statement of the said account indicates that this was the only the transaction in the said account.

Learned counsel for the applicants claim that the amount was withdrawn under the signature of the informant himself. They seek time to place on record evidence to that effect.
