In this matter, it was brought to the notice of the Court that, applicant was granted bail on medical ground and he has not surrendered yet. Learned counsel for the applicant made a statement yesterday that there is no improvement in applicant's health condition. He also brought to notice of this Court that in spite of being examined, medical authorities are not certifying the health status of the applicant. Papers to that extent are placed on record. 2.

In view of the above, applicant shall appear before the Medical Board, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar within one week. The said Medical Board, after
