Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that by order dated 25-04-2025, this Court has directed applicant to appear before the Medical Board, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for examining current health status of the applicant, within one week. However, learned counsel seeks extension of time to appear before the aforesaid Medical board. 3.

In view of above, applicant shall appear before the Medical Board, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on or before 19-05-2025. The said Medical Board after medically examining the applicant, shall issue report/certificate regarding current health status of the applicant. Such report shall be placed before this Court on 09-06-2025.
