1] This Court, by order dated 25th April, 2025, has directed the applicant to remain present before the Medical Board, GHATI, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for examination of his current health status so as to enable the Court to decide his bail application on medical grounds. The applicant had produced document wherein it indicates that the applicant had gone to the GHATI Hospital, however, he has not remained present before the Board as directed. The Medical Board, GHATI has informed this Court that the applicant failed to remain present before the Medical Board.

362.25BA 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has seen the applicant and his medical condition is serious and he was brought on wheel chair and thus prays that one more opportunity be given to the applicant to present himself before the Medical Board.

3] As a last opportunity, the applicant to remain present before the Medical Board, GHATI, Chh. Sambhajinagar on 19.06.2025.

4] The learned APP to communicate this order to the Medical Board of GHATI Hospital, Chh. Sambhajinagar. 5] The Medical Board to submit a report as to health condition of the applicant.

6] List this matter on 26.06.2025.

7] Interim protection, if any, to continue till the next date.
