Learned counsel for the applicant tenders on record copy of the medical certificate issued by Patwardhan Hospital, stating that the applicant is undergoing medical treatment for his leg and advised one month's rest. 1 / 2

This Court by order dated 03rd April, 2024 granted temporary bail to the applicant and by order dated 25th November, 2024 had extended the same on medical grounds. The same shall further continue till 06th January, 2025.
