JANUARY 20, 2025 ORDER :- The applicant is on temporary bail on medical ground. By order dated 03.01.2025, this Court had directed the applicant to get himself examined by the Civil Surgeon/Government Hospital and submit report on this date. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had gone to the Government Hospital and the authorities there asked him for a specific direction from this Court in this regard.

We direct the Civil Surgeon, District Civil Hospital, Chilkalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), to examine

Cri. Application No.5024 of 2024 the applicant - Shriram Janardan Navpute for his leg injury and submit a detailed report before the next date. Stand over to 28.02.2025.

The temporary bail granted to the applicant is extended till 31.01.2025.
