This is an application for grant of temporary bail. The applicant was released on temporary bail from time to time. The applicant, vide order dated 03rd January, 2025, was directed to be examined by Civil Surgeon, Government Hospital and report in that regard was called. Learned counsel for the applicant tenders across the bar report under the signature of Civil Surgeon, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The same is taken on record. It is recommended that he i.e. the applicant is temporary unfit for the said duty work. Admittedly, the applicant is not on any duty.

Considering the said report, we extend the temporary bail of the applicant for a period of two weeks, as a last chance. The applicant shall surrender to the concerned jail on expiry of two weeks i.e. on 14th February, 2025.
