The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner No.1-Husband and the Respondent-Wife have amicably settled the matrimonial dispute before the trial Court in Criminal M.A. No.1019/2023 and in pursuance of said settlement the Ori.Applicant had withdrawn the proceedings under the D.A. Act bearing no.1019/2023. 2.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of in pursuance of order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned JMFC, Court No.1, Ahmednagar in Criminal M.A. No.1019/2023.
