Learned Senior Counsel after taking instructions from the instructing Advocate, submits that the report has not been filed by the investigating officer before the concerned Court. Learned Senior Counsel has made statement before this Court on 20th March 2024 that the petitioners would press the petition after the final report is submitted by the investigating officer. 2.

Learned APP, upon fresh instructions from the investigating officer, submits that certain documents have been sent for the

cwp-533.24 opinion of the handwriting expert and the report is awaited. Charge-sheet is not filed.

In view of the said statement, learned Senior Counsel once again submits that the Petition would be pressed only after the final report is submitted by the Investigating Officer before the Court.
