Petitioner-Bank is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of attempts to register crime since respondents No. 2 and 3-borrowers have forcibly and unauthorizedly entered into mortgaged property, possession of which was delivered in execution of order passed by District Magistrate under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 Act, crime is not registered. 2.

Issue notice to respondents No. 1 and 2 returnable on 12 June, 2024. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondents No. 1 and 2.
