In view of the order passed by this court on 05.07.2024, learned APP is making statement that, the application filed by the petitioners before the Competent Committee for protection has been rejected on 23.07.2024. Upon inquiry, as to whether the copy of order has been given to the petitioners or not, the learned APP submits that, he has no idea about the same. 2.

Therefore, we direct the Competent Authority to supply the copy of order dated 23.07.2024. Police Station Badnapur to supply the copy of the said order to the petitioners within a period of one week from today. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that after going through the said order, he would decide the further recourse. 4.
