JULY 11, 2024 ORDER :- It is the contention of the petitioner that though the Hon'ble Lokayukta passed an order directing the Addl. Chief Secretary, Public Health Department, to hold an enquiry in the matter and take action in accordance with law, nothing has been done by the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will approach the Hon'ble Lokayukta by making appropriate application under the provisions of the Maharashtra Lokayukta Upa-
