Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

The prayer in the petition is regarding transfer of investigation from Vazirabad Police Station, Nanded to Crime Branch, Mumbai.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is praying for transfer of investigation from one Police Station to another Police Station. He submits that the Petitioner has approached the Additional D.G.P. for the said purpose, however, nothing has been done till date.

In view of the above, we direct the learned APP to seek instruction in that regard and status of investigation. 5.
