Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 14.11.2024, he has sought the certified copy of the order on Exhibit-1 in respect of Charge-Sheet No.1/2024 presented before the learned Special Judge under the Atrocities Act Nanded. He has well available of the certified copy of the same and submits that at present there is order of issuing notice to the petitioner, who is the informant. According to him, the documents are not made available to him, and therefore, he is enable to make submissions. Since learned advocate for

1186.2024WP+.odt the petitioner has expressed his inability to make submissions in view of non-supply of the documents, he may pursue the matter with the concerned Court and get the copies which may be supplied by the concerned Court as per the rules. We adjourned Criminal Writ Petition No.1186 of 2024 till 28.02.2025 and hope that by that the petitioner would get the documents.

As regards Criminal Application No.4536/2024 is concerned, he submits that the proceeding of this case before this Court be video recorded to ensure transparency, fairness and protection of the of the rights of victim and witnesses and in that respect he has made further prayers. In respect of this, we reserve our rights till the submissions are made as he has expressed inability to make submissions, we have not yet then hearing the matter on merits.
