The learned Counsel for the petitioner placed on record final report in respect of FIR 180/2021 in Special Case No.4/2021. It appears that the concerned Investigating Officer has filed 'C Summary' which is to be accepted by the concerned Court. 2.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner can file Protest Petition before the concerned Court. Therefore, by granting such liberty to file Protest Petition in respect of the 'C Summary', the petition stands disposed of.
