Learned counsel for respondent No.2/informant submits that in the meantime the main proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 itself is disposed of. He produced a photocopy of judgment in S.C.C.No.346 of 2019, dated 13.05.2025. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petition has become infructuous. On instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken in petition in case an appeal is filed.

The criminal writ petition stands disposed of as infrcutuous. However, the petitioner has liberty to raise grounds taken in the petition in the appeal, if filed.
