No.346 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.2, Nilanga. 2.

Needless to say that on 16.10.2024, this Court passed the order and issued notice to the Respondents, made returnable on today i.e. 11.11.2024. The Petitioner has not brought anything on record to show that Respondent No.2 who is the original
