The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is in receipt of communication dated 13.02.2025 from the counsel who is appearing on behalf of the Petitioner before the Trial Court stating that the dispute between the present Petitioner / accused and the Respondent No.2 / Complainant is likely to be amicably settled and an amount of Rs.95,000/- (Ninety Five thousand) has already deposited being a token amount. Further, the said matter of amicable settlement is kept on 01.03.2025.
