Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is second round of litigation. After decision of this court in Writ Petition No.653 of 2021 relegating the party to the Trial Magistrate. Trial court issued summons in S.C.C No.4309 of 2008 vide order dated 02.03.2024. The same is confirmed by the Revisional Court 12.09.2024. Apparently, there is absence of compliance under Section 202 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 analogous with Section 225 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,2023.

Issue notice to respondents returnable on 24.04.2025. 4.
