Leave granted to invoke section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code along with Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for challenging the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.1, Ahmednagar. Amendment to be carried out on or before 09.12.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

By the present petition, the petitioner/husband has challenged the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.1, Ahmednagar, thereby directing the Officer of GST Department, Nandurbar to S.P. Rane

18-WP-1733-24 deduct Rs.15,000/- per month from the pension of the petitioner (Suhas Janardhan Nikale) till recovery of Rs.3,60,000/- and to deposit it in the Court. 4.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 13.01.2025.
