Learned A.P.P. produced on record a copy of order dated 11.11.2024 in Criminal rit Petition No. 1581 of 2024. On going through the same, it appears that the present petitioner had filed the said writ petition beside the present writ petition, challenging the same order dated 28.12.2023, which is challenged in this petition. Further, this Court in the said writ petition No. 1581 of 2024 has already set aside the order dated 28.12.2023.
