Leave granted to invoke Article 227 of the Constitution of India with provisions of Section 528 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of old Cr.P.C.) to challenge the order dated 23/09/2024 passed below Exhibit-50 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur by invoking Section 358 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding old Section 319 of Cr.P.C.).
