Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, he wants to amend the prayer clause in respect of the transfer of trial also. For the prayer seeking transfer of trial, then the petitioner to add all accused persons as respondents. Entire amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks. 3.
