After lunch recess, when the matter is called out, learned Advocate Shri. Namdeo Shinde submits that the learned Advocate Shri. Yogesh G. Birajdar has gone out of station for a personal reason and he will be available tomorrow.

Despite the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has filed a leave note. This is not only morally unacceptable, but also unethical. As we deprecate the conduct of the learned Advocate, we record our displeasure. 3.

However, because of the conduct of the Advocate, the litigant should not suffer. Hence, list this petition on 25.04.2025.

We make it clear that we have not granted any interim relief to the Applicant.
