Ms. Sunita Shinde, learned counsel holding for Ms. Asha Rasal, learned for Applicant submits that Advocate Ms. Asha Rasal is out of station. Therefore, she seeks accommodation.

Learned counsel for respondent has strong objection on the ground that on the previous date also she sought accommodation. He further submits that, huge maintenance amount is accumulated, and moreover, the applicant is enjoying interim relief. 3.

Considering the same, though on previous date, the time was granted by way of last chance, again the matter is adjourned today. Stand over to 12.02.2025. Interim relief, if any to continue till then. 4.

It is made clear that, no further adjournment would be granted, and if matter is not worked out on the given date, the interim relief would stand vacated.
