Mr. M. V. Narwade, learned counsel instructed by Ms. A. S. Rasal for the applicant, submits that the applicant has deposited the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2025. 2.

If the said amount has been deposited, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the same from the Trial Court. Upon filing of an appropriate application, the Trial Court shall allow the respondent to withdraw such amount, if deposited by the applicant. 3.

Stand over to 16.04.2026.
