Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

In view of the order dated 05.02.2024, 25% of the amount of interim maintenance has been deposited. However, the applicant filed an application before the Family Court, Nanded, contending that this Court did not allow the respondent/wife to withdraw the amount deposited.

It appears that the applicant is interpreting the order of the stay suitably. Therefore, it has been clarified that by the order dated 05.02.2024, the Court did not intent, not to allow the respondent/wife to withdraw the amount deposited with Court. In other words, whatsoever amount deposited, the respondent/wife is entitled to withdraw before the Family Court, Nanded. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time. Time granted. 4.

Stand over to 15.07.2024.
