When this Court pointed out to the Appellant that each order must be challenged separately by way of an independent application, the Appellant sought leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to institute independent appeals challenging the said orders. Leave is accordingly granted, with liberty as prayed for.

3. In view thereof, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file separate proceedings to challenge three separate orders. The Registry is directed to return the original 27th November, 2025
