Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30th April, 2024. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is directed to deposit 25% of the arrears of maintenance in the Trial Court within two weeks. The applicant shall place on record a copy of receipt showing the deposit of the said amount in the Trial Court, on the returnable date. Subject to depositing the said amount, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (C). If the amount is not deposited within two weeks, the Trial Court may proceed for recovering the amount as per the law without reference to this Court.
