Dated : March 28, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

When this matter was listed on 11.3.2025, the learned counsel holding for advocate on record for the applicant sought time on account of ill health, therefore, the matter was adjourned to 25.3.2025 by way of last chance.

On 25.3.2025 when the matter was called out, at the request of learned advocate for the applicant, it was adjourned to 28.3.2025. However, later on the request of learned counsel for respondent No. 2, the matter was adjourned to 1.4.2025 on oral understanding that the learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would inform the parties about listing of the matter on 1.4.2025. On the next date, the counsel for respondent No. 2 submitted that he was not able to inform all the parties about the date and as such, direction was given to the registry to list the matter today in terms of the earlier adjournment prayers being made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

Today, learned counsel Mr. A.J. Mete h/f. Mr. N.R. Thorat, advocate submits that he has received instructions to appears for the applicant and seeks time by submitting that he would file Vakalatnama and argue the matter as he is not ready to conduct the same. 4.

Considering that the matter is pending for long time and on one or other count the learned counsel for the applicant has not proceeded with the matter and considering that the applicant has changed his advocate, this court is seriously inclined to vacate the interim relief. However, as a last opportunity, the applicant is granted time to argue the matter. 5.

Stand over to 1.4.2025, first on board.
