The respondent who is a senior citizen is present in the Court. She states that her husband is suffering from cancer. She is residing at Kolhapur. So, it is difficult for her to attend the matter. Hence, her matter may be disposed of at the earliest. 4.

In the circumstances, the matter may be heard finally at the stage of admission on the next date. Before that, record and proceeding be called from the concerned Court.
