Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. Accordingly, the parties have filed divorce proceedings before the learned Family Court, Ahmednagar, by mutual consent. Accordingly, he tendered a copy of the Divorce proceeding filed before the Family Court, across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked as exhibit 'X' for the purpose of identification.

As such, on instructions, he submitted that the Applicant does not wish to proceed with the Application and sought permission to withdraw it. His statement is accepted.

In view of the above, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
