Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that during the pendency of this Application, as per the court's order, the Corporation, Aurangabad, had transferred an amount of Rs. 4,12,000/- to the learned Family Court, Nanded on 13-09-2024. The said amount is inclusive of Rs. 2,40,000/-, which was due and payable to the Respondents; in recovery thereof, a warrant was issued. As such, he submitted that in view of the deposit of the said amount, this Revision has rendered infructuous as the Applicant has complied with the same. He further submitted that, as per the order dated 20-03-2025, the Applicant deposited an additional amount of Rs. 1 lakh in this Court on 08-04-2025 by DD dated 07-04-2025

It also appears that by order dated 20-03-2025, this court directed the Petitioner to deposit Rs. 1 lakh in this court, and subject to the deposit of the said amount, the effect and operation of the warrant issued by the learned Family Court dated 03-03-2025 was stayed. The Applicant has preferred the Revision challenging the order dated 08-08-2024 passed by the learned Family Court, thereby issuing a warrant against the Respondent of Rs. 2,40,000/-. The Applicant has deposited the said amount. Therefore, said distress warrant was satisfied.
