By order dated 22.09.2025, the revisionist was directed to deposit the maintenance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in this court by 10.10.2025. Learned counsel for revisionist pointed out that, the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- has already been deposited on 14.10.2025. Today, the revisionist is ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- and also undertakes to deposit remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for respondents pointed out that there is still recovery and recovery proceedings are already instituted in the trial court.
