Out of ten years imprisonment, the convict has already undergone half of the sentence. Office note dated 31st July, 2025 shows that Mr.Mukul Deshmukh, learned counsel has not filed his vakalatnama for Respondent No.2. Today also the note shows that he has not filed his vakalatnama. 2.

Considering the fact that the accused has already undergone more than half of the sentence, the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad is directed to provide an Advocate to represent the case of Respondent No.2 / victim.
