1] The learned counsel holding on behalf of Mr.G.V.Wani appearing for the appellant through Legal Aid Committee submits that against the impugned judgment and order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the Special Judge [POCSO] & Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule in Special [POCSO] Case No.85/2019, independent Criminal Appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.215/2024 has been filed by the appellant, namely, Bharat Budha Koli and the said Appeal is tagged along with the present matter. As such, the learned

2952.25CA counsel for the applicant - appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal along with Criminal Applications.

2] Leave granted. Criminal Appeal Stamp No.8147 of 2025 along with Criminal Application Nos.2952/2025 & 2953/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn. The withdrawal of said appeal would not come in the way of the appellant, namely, Bharat Budha Koli in Criminal Appeal No.215 of 2024 and the same can be proceeded further.

3] Criminal Appeal Stamp No. 8147/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
