This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail on account of conviction passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar in Special Case No.140 of 2018.

Notice was issued and in response to the same, Superintendent, District Probation & After Care Association's Girls Children Home and Observation Home, Ahmednagar, is present as the victim is said to be lodged in the Government Institution. There is prayer for appointment of Advocate through Legal Aid. 3.
