The present praecipe is moved for 'Speaking to the Minutes' of Judgment and order dated 30.04.2026.

Learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that, at the time of reserving the judgment, she had placed on record the ruling of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Bharwada Bhoginbhai Hirjibhai v. State of Gujarat, (1983) 3 SCC 217. However, inadvertently, different ruling, i.e. Daxaben v. State of Gujarat & Ors. in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1061-1084 of 2022 (arising out of SLP (Crl.) Nos. 1132-1155 of 2022), which pertains to a different matter, was mentioned in the submissions of the learned APP. Therefore, she seeks correction in the judgment.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // -2- APPEAL-312-2024 (Speaking) 3.

In view of above, the rulings "Daxaben v. State of Gujarat and Ors. in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1061-1084 of 2022 (Arising out of SLP (Crl.) Nos. 1132-1155 of 2022)" as appearing in paragraph no.10 of the Judgment, be replaced and it be read as "Bharwada Bhoginbhai Hirjibhai v. State of Gujarat, (1983) 3 SCC 217".

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy of the order be uploaded.

Accordingly, motion is allowed.
