Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 29th April, 2024. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 / State.

In the event of arrest of appellants in connection with C.R. No. 118/2024, registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, for offence punishable under Sections 294, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, appellants be released on executing Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount.

Appellants shall attend concerned police station from 08th April, 2024 to 13th April, 2024, everyday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and shall co-operate in the investigation. Appellants shall not tamper prosecution evidence.
