This is the Appeal against Conviction.

On 24.06.2024 this Court had issued notice to the Respondents and the learned APP waived service of notice for the Respondent No.1 - State. The second part of the Appeal show the communication dated 22.07.2024 by the learned J.M.F.C. Mukhed addressed to the Assist. Registrar of this Court stating that, the notice was duly served on Respondent No.2. However, none appears for the Respondent No.2 - Victim. Hence, this Court appoints Ms. Sangita R. Bagul to represent the Respondent No.2 - Victim. The learned Advocate for the Appellant shall provide copies of the documents to her.

The learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that, sentence awarded to the Appellant is that of 7 years imprisonment and the Appellant has undergone 5 years of imprisonment and submits that, the
Appeal be heard finally.
