This matter was heard for some time. Learned APP, on instruction received from Mr. Murumkuar, Dy. S.P., Ahmednagar makes statement that Investigating Officer only is remained to have been examined in Spl. Case No. 141 of 2022. If it is so, this Court finds it not appropriate to take up this appeal for hearing on merit. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after recording of the evidence of the Investigating Officer, if he is able to make out the case for bail that opportunity may not be denied to him. 3.
