Learned APP makes statement that in Special Case No. 141 of 2022 the stage of the said proceeding is for recording statements of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is further informed that the next date of hearing is on 18th October, 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants have grievance that the stage of the said proceeding is for recording of the statements of the accused for more than two and half months. Since the proceeding is at the stage of recording of the statements under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., this Court is not inclined to take up these appeals for hearing today. 3.

Learned Trial Court is directed to record statements of 935.criapeal894.24.odt

accused on the next date of hearing i.e. on 18th October, 2024. In the event, statement is not recorded by trial Court, it is open for the appellant to press these appeals.
