This matter pertains to suspension of sentence and grant of bail on account of conviction recorded under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Record shows that, in spite of notice to respondent no.2 and report about service being effected, none appeared in the morning session. Therefore, matter was kept back in the afternoon session. Even in second session, none appears for respondent no.2.

Under such circumstance, learned Advocate Mrs. Ashwini Lomte is hereby appointed to represent the cause of respondent No.2. 3.
