During the course of hearing, it is argued on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant that incident in question has allegedly occurred on 01/05/2024, whereas report has lodged on 08/05/2024. In this regard, learned counsel for the informant has drawn attention of this Court to a complaint dated 02/05/2024 made by informant to the Superintendent of Police, Beed, stating that he had been to the police station on 01/05/2024 at about 8:30 p.m., but report was not recorded. He further stated about his

603.24crapl (2) presence in the police station from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. on next day i.e. on 02/05/2024, but his complaint was not registered. There was also allegation that during this period appellant came to the police station and pressurized the complainant. It is claimed that this incident has occurred in the Talwada Police Station. 2.

In view of the above, the Police Inspector of the Talwada Police Station is hereby directed to submit CCTV footage of 01/05/2024 and 02/05/2024 alongwith transcript on the next date of hearing.

Stand over to 15/10/2024. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
