3] The learned counsel for the appellants submits that during pendency of the Criminal Appeal before the Sessions Court, the appellants were on interim bail.

604.24APEAL 4] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellants, in the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No. 0698/2024 registered with Tophkhana Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (l) (r), 3 (l) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities] Act and Sections 37 (l), 37 (3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, they be released on anticipatory bail on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount by each of them.
