After hearing this appeal for some time, on going through the reply tendered by the Investigating Officer, it seems that 2 page affidavit is filed showing that the appellant has received certain amounts in her account. However, no specific statement is made on behalf of the Investigating Officer as to from where this amount is credited to the account of the appellant and on which date, she has received the amount.

Hence, the Investigating Officer is directed to point out all khs/Oct.2025/920

- 2 - the details taken place in the instant crime as against the present appellant.
