Respondent No.2 sought adjournment for filing affidavit on five occasions. Today also same request is made. Although Appellant is protected by way of interim orders, there is some limit for asking time to file reply. The conduct of Respondent No.2 is objectionable. 2.

As a last indulgence, the matter is adjourned to 22.04.2025. It shall be decided finally in the absence of any affidavit of the Respondent No.2. It is also made clear that if any adjournment is solicited on that day, then this Court is likely to impose cost of Rs.50,000/-.
