Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant at length. By the present appeal the Appellant/accused takes exception to the order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge in Special Case No.131/2023 thereby declined to discharge the present Appellant/accused for the offence punishable under Section 302, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3 (1) (v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Issue notice to the Respondents made returnable on 23.01.2025. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No.2.
